My name is Riccardo Casilla, and I am a production professional with over 12 years of experience in the field of events, film sets, and fashion productions.

I have worked between Rome and Milan collaborating with established production companies, managing complex projects in both the creative and technical sides of the industry. My background includes the full organization of corporate events, fashion productions, photo and video shoots, as well as on-set coordination.

Today I work as a freelance production specialist based in Sicily, but operating across all of Italy through a solid network of trusted contacts in major cities and regions.

I am highly experienced in production logistics, location management, and on-set operations. I also have strong technical knowledge of photographic and cinematic equipment, including lighting setups, cameras, grip equipment, and production gear — which allows me to efficiently support crews in both creative and technical decision-making.

My approach is practical, reliable, and solution-oriented. I am used to working under pressure, solving problems on set, and ensuring that productions run smoothly from pre-production to wrap.

I am available as a fixer, production coordinator, or on-set support for international and local productions in Italy.
